When you, the client, commission me, you agree to all of the following:
As the artist, I have the right to decline your commission without explanation. If you are unsure if your request falls under the 'I can draw:' categories from the above chart, please reach out to me and ask!
Minimum turnaround time is one month, depending on my workload and schedule. If you have a time sensitive commission, please keep this in mind and request the commission in a timely manner.
You must be 18+ to commission me.
Tracing, selling, redistributing, copying, or profiting off of a commissioned piece in any way is strictly prohibited. My art may NOT be used in any blockchain-related technology, including generative AI, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
You may NOT use or share, including posting online, any work-in-progress images I send you during the commission process.
Non-commercial use of the commissioned piece is okay! This includes using the illustrator as an icon and printing the illustrator for personal use (I can make the illustration print ready upon request during the commission period). You must include credit/attribution to me whenever said commission is reposted online by you.
As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commission and will be allowed to use the commissioned piece for my own self promotion, such as portfolios, zines, prints, etc.
It is your responsibility to save the artwork; I am not liable for loss of the image if you misplace it.
payment
All payment will be done through PayPal invoice.
Prices are non-negotiable. The prices listed on the Base Price List act as a starting point for case-by-case costs.
After the specifics of your commission request has been discussed by us and I have agreed to take on your commission, I will send you a PayPal invoice along with the THUMBNAIL stage of the commission. DO NOT SEND ME ANY PAYMENTS PRIOR TO THIS!
The commission needs to be fully prepaid upfront by you for me to complete the illustration.
process, edits, and revisions
My typical illustrative process can be simplified to: THUMBNAILS -> REFINED SKETCH -> CLEAN LINEART/INKING -> FLAT COLORS -> FINAL RENDER. During the commission period, I will send you progress shots of each of these stages for your feedback.
